Chef Laurie will demonstrate several quick and easy recipes with only a few ingredients. In addition the discussion will include topics such as label reading, shopping tips, meal planning, feeding your kids, disease prevention and much much more. Chef Laurie will reveal many inside tips and secrets that chef’s use everyday as well as practical.
Most of us are fully aware of WHAT we are supposed to eat and WHY. Chef Laurie takes it to the next level and shows you HOW to do it. This will be the first time that a cooking class can change your life.
Most demonstrations are performed outside, on a terrace and in large function rooms, as there is No need for a professional demonstration kitchen
